Some fabrics get tired with washing.
Delavé dyed linen gets more beautiful. ✨

From left to right in this photo it’s the same linen: brand new, then washed several times up to 8 washes. Each wash makes the colour softer and more “washed”, while the linen becomes even more comfortable.

Did you know thread count can be misleading? 👀

For linen sheets, thread count isn’t the best quality marker - linen fibers are thicker and woven differently than cotton.

What to look for instead: GSM (grams per square meter) ✅
It shows the fabric’s weight and density.

✨ Holiday dinners are lovely - but spills happen.
Here’s how to take care of your linen tablecloths:

• Blot stains with a clean cloth, don’t rub. Cold water works best for wine or juice.
• For grease: add baking soda to absorb oils, then wash.
• Wash gently with mild detergent. No bleach.
• Air dry or tumble dry on low and remove while slightly damp.
• Iron if you want a crisp look - or enjoy linen’s natural texture.
