My mom and I once had a puzzle of a lovely cottagecore house in nature. It represented the kind of home we dreamed of having, where we could enjoy the calmness of the natural world. We aren't sure where that puzzle is now—it was 15 years ago or more—but the feeling it gave us has stayed with us. Now that my mom has her own place, she asked me to paint her a lovely house in nature where she can dream and enjoy her daughter's art once again in her own apartment. 🏡
