Created for the rental market, this project focused on achieving maximum visual impact with carefully considered investment.

•By removing just one wall and relocating another, the layout was completely transformed - resulting in a far more open, functional and light-filled space.

☝🏼The key investment was directed into a full kitchen remodel and a complete surface refresh throughout the home.

Designed a shared kids’ bedroom for a private family residence.
Originally planned as a master bedroom, the space was reimagined into shared kids room for a sister 👧🏼 and brother 👦🏼.

With the existing electrical plan fixed, the key design tasks were:
•adapting the layout to the existing electrical plan
•creating a comfortable environment for pre-school age
•ensuring the room can evolve for school years
•and finally providing as much private space for each child as possible within one cohesive design.

👧🧒Planning a shared kids’ room means thinking ahead.
Especially when the room is for two young children.

– Clear zoning for sleep, play and storage
– A neutral base that works for both
– Flexible solutions that adapt as children grow
– Enough storage to keep the space functional

A well-planned kids’ room stays practical, calm and easy to adjust over time.

🎞️Once I designed a CINEMA for 500(!!!) people - and after that, I never experience cinema the same way again:

•I learned that cinema is never about the screen alone.

☝️It’s about everything you don’t notice:
•how steps guide movement;
•how seating geometry controls focus;
•how materials absorb rather than reflect chaos;
•how light disappears at the right moment;
•how air moves without sound.

•And above all — how ACOUSTIC rule the experience.
☝️Design, materials, and sound are developed together, tested, calculated, reworked, and tested again until the space performs as one.

•When design and acoustics are aligned from the start, the result isn’t visual impact — it’s total immersion.
