Comfort is often spoken of as a technical achievement, but in the case of .official Standard sofa, it feels closer to a philosophy. Designed by Francesco Binfaré, the sofa has become the brand’s best-known and best-loved piece, admired not only for its visual softness but for the rare kind of ease it brings into a room. There is a generosity to it that goes beyond scale or upholstery: it invites the body to settle, to shift, to inhabit space more freely.

Its modular structure is key to that sense of freedom. Composed of irregularly shaped elements, Standard resists rigid symmetry and instead encourages compositions that feel intuitive, fluid and deeply personal. Each module can exist as part of a larger landscape or as an independent piece in its own right, while the Smart Cushion system, with its adjustable 3D backrests, allows the sofa to adapt almost choreographically to the way one wants to sit, recline or gather. Beneath that comfort lies Edra’s patented Gellyfoam technology, developed to give the cushions their distinctive responsiveness and support.

That balance between freedom and precision feels entirely in keeping with Binfaré’s way of thinking. An artist, intellectual and designer with a long and distinguished relationship with Edra, he has spent decades working at the intersection of creativity, research and industrial culture. Since joining Edra in the early 1990s, he has helped define a new language for the sofa: one that is expressive, transformative and deeply human. Standard captures that vision with rare clarity, and its availability in an outdoor version only expands the reach of a design already shaped by versatility.

There is an enduring intimacy to the illuminated mirror. It belongs to dressing rooms, private rituals and the suspended moment before one enters the world. Mito sfera takes this cultural memory and reinterprets it with contemporary restraint, replacing the theatrical bulb-framed mirror with a luminous object shaped by precision, clarity and intuitive technology.

The mirror luminaire provides glare-free illumination that can be tailored to the moment, from intensity to colour temperature. With light quality measured against the benchmark of daylight, colours appear deep, natural and nuanced.

Occhio’s design language has always been rooted in the belief that advanced technology should feel intuitive, almost effortless. Mito sfera embodies this idea through gesture control, allowing the light to be switched on and off, dimmed and adjusted in colour temperature with a simple movement of the hand. The result is a mirror that does not merely illuminate a room, but turns an everyday moment into a quietly cinematic experience.

is known for its expertise in stone craftsmanship and stone design, and for revealing the architectural potential of a single material. In this bathroom, Bianco Carrara marble becomes more than a surface: it forms a complete design language, shaping the walls, vanity, flooring and basin with equal precision.

The strength of the space lies in the varied treatment of the same stone. On the walls and vanity unit, the Plissé texture gives the marble a sculptural, ribbed rhythm. On the floor, Stone Parquet reinterprets the logic of timber flooring, with each piece of marble cut like a parquet plank.

This is where Salvatori’s expertise becomes visible: not through excess, but through transformation. One material is given several identities – tactile, architectural, decorative and functional – creating a room that feels cohesive, refined and deeply attuned to the intelligence of stone.

Kazimir Chandelier by begins with a reference to one of the most radical figures in modern art. Named after Kazimir Malevich, the Russian artist whose geometric abstractions reshaped the visual language of the 20th century, the piece carries that same fascination with form reduced to its essential power.

Created by Brooklyn-based design studio Ladies & Gentlemen, Kazimir explores what the designers describe as elemental complexity. A triangular illuminated frame becomes the structure for a three-piece collage of textured and dichroic plated glass, where shape, surface and colour shift with every change of perspective. It is a chandelier that asks to be experienced in motion – seen from different angles, approached slowly, and understood through its transformations.

Individually produced and handcrafted, Kazimir is an object with both aesthetic and functional clarity: a source of light, a spatial marker, and a quiet point of artistic gravity within the interior.

Pierce by has just arrived at the KRASSKY showroom. Created by , the cabinet embodies the design duo’s refined dialogue between aesthetic tension and functional harmony.

Its inspiration draws from the timeless allure of the 1970s and from the sculptural work of Agostino Bonalumi, the Italian artist known for transforming the flat canvas into a three-dimensional surface. Steel replaces conventional wooden sides, giving the cabinet architectural clarity, while the leather doors form spontaneous, tactile folds gathered by a metal ring – a contemporary reference to body piercing.

Behind its expressive exterior, Pierce remains deeply functional. Gloss lacquered surfaces, matte lacquered interiors, extra-clear glass shelves, adjustable feet and customisable metal finishes create a piece that is both precise and emotionally charged – designed for living and dining spaces where storage becomes part of the architecture.

In contemporary interiors, light is at its most powerful when it shapes the atmosphere without demanding attention. Mito sospeso translates this idea into a suspended luminaire defined by quiet presence, precise geometry and the ability to guide the mood of a room with exceptional nuance.

Its strength lies in adaptability. With a simple movement, the luminaire can be raised or lowered, dimmed, and tuned from warm to cool white. The up/down fading function allows the light to be directed with precision, creating a balance between ambient glow and focused illumination. Each adjustment feels less like operating a device and more like composing a scene.

This is the essence of Occhio’s “joy of use”: design that allows advanced technology to feel effortless, engaging and remarkably intuitive.

No shortcuts is not about choosing the hardest route, but about respecting the process that leads to a better result.

Each time we return to the , we are reminded that the finish line is only part of the story. What gives the result its meaning is everything that comes before it: the preparation, the discipline, and the steady rhythm built over time.

This year, 12 members of the KRASSKY team will take part, each at their own pace, over their own distance, and in their own way. What unites us is a shared direction: ambitious goals, high standards, and the belief that meaningful results are built step by step, without shortcuts.

Long before travertine became a language of contemporary interiors, it belonged to the landscape. Bianco Rapolano Travertine, the heart of production, is quarried in Rapolano Terme, near Siena – a territory where stone has shaped not only architecture, but the rhythm and identity of local life for centuries.

Known since the Etruscan Age, this sedimentary limestone was used to build places for both the living and the dead, carrying with it a rare continuity between material, memory, and culture. Its pale, softly modulated tones feel restrained rather than ornamental, giving the stone an architectural calm that sits naturally within refined interiors.

Its beauty is matched by remarkable performance. Naturally frost-resistant and suited to interior and exterior use, Bianco Rapolano Travertine can be finished for anti-slip surfaces in bathrooms, pools, and outdoor spaces, while its sculptural strength lends itself to columns, capitals, bathtubs, sinks, and furniture. In Vaselli’s hands, an ancient material becomes quietly contemporary – precious, functional, and deeply rooted.

We have always regarded art as an integral part of our visual language. It lends greater depth and resonance to the objects around it, shaping how they are experienced within the showroom. With the arrival of warmer days, abstract sculpture “Me and My Pony” has taken its place on the rooftop terrace.

Constructed in fibreglass and polyester resin, the work stages an encounter between two figures: the artist himself and the force of his own creative drive, embodied in the form of a Pony. Through this abstract pairing, Roberts Bāliņš reflects on his inner world and his place within contemporary life.

The larger figure represents the artist, absorbed in his own evolution, while the smaller figure – a baby Pony – symbolises the primal energy of his creative output, translated into the idea of horsepower.

Charlotte Perriand understood that modernity was never simply about new forms; it was about shaping a better everyday life. That belief is distilled in M***a, the coffee table she designed in 1970 for her Paris apartment and which reintroduced in 2023.

Its silhouette is defined by two oval legs supporting a substantial oval top, giving the piece a presence that feels both sculptural and composed. The top combines a solid wood outer ring with a central stone slab, allowing warmth and mineral richness to coexist within a single, highly resolved form. The example currently on view in KRASSKY showroom is one of only 30 limited-edition pieces with an Azul Bahia granite top, whose luminous blue veining lends the table remarkable visual depth.

Few designers brought as much humanity to the modern movement as Perriand. From her early role in the Paris avant-garde to her collaboration with Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret, and later her formative experience in Japan, she continually expanded the language of design through material intelligence and a profound sensitivity to the way people live. Produced for the first time by Cassina in close collaboration with Pernette Perriand-Barsac, M***a stands as a vivid expression of that legacy: rational, generous, and unmistakably alive.
