تأسس الفنــاء للتصميم سنة 2006 من مجموعة شباب معماريين لديهم نفس الهدف والرؤية.
رؤيتنا :

العوائق والتحديات :
* ثقافة المجتمع وعدم وعيه بأهمية دور المعماري.
* عدم وجود جهة متخصصة بضمان الحقوق وحل المشاكل.
* عدم تأهيل المعماري من حيث مواكبته للعمل المهني.
* غياب المعايير التصميمية ومواصفات البناء.
* محدودية المواد والتقنيات المعمارية المتوفرة.
* عدم تواصل جهات الدولة المختصة مع المعماريين.
* عدم دعم الدولة للمكاتب والشركات الهندسية الخاصة.
* تأخر مخططات الدولة وعدم مواكبته للتوسع والنمو العمراني من أسباب البناء العشوائي المنتشر.
* عدم وجود النزاهة والشفافية بين مؤسسات الدولة والمكاتب والشركات الهندسية المحلية الخاصة.
* عدم ثقة الدولة بالمكاتب والشركات المحلية.
* غياب الدولة وعدم فرض قوانين وتشريعات المباني. obstacles and challenges :
*local culture will less attention and carelessness to the role of architecture.
* no official party is assigned to secure the rights and tackle the issues.
* no professional qualification is provided to the architecture.
* no standards for designs and construction specifications.
* materials and architectural technologies are limited.
* no direct communication lines between the state authorities and the architectures.
* no state support for the private engineering bureaus and companies. the state planing is over delayed and does not cope with urban expansion and development which is the main reason for this widely spread random and out of urban planing constructions.
* more transparency between the state institutions and private local engineering bureaus and companies is required.
* more confidence should be trusted by the state to local bureaus and companies.
* the state should impose and apply the construction and building laws and regulations more effectively.
