Easy Christmas Funfetti Bread
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup whole milk
½ cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray. Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir to mix well. Step 3: In a separate large bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until smooth and fluffy. Step 4: Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. Step 5: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with sour cream and milk, mixing until just combined. Step 6: Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles, being careful not to overmix. Step 7: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly. Step 8: Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Step 9: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
