Professional Office တစ်ခုရဲ့ Design ဟာ အမြင်အာရုံအတွက်သာမက Company Identity၊ Workflow နဲ့ လူများအကြား ချိတ်ဆက်မှုကိုပါ ပံ့ပိုးပေးနိုင်ရပါမယ်။
Agro Green Land Chemical Office ကို “Growth in Structure” Concept အပေါ်အခြေခံပြီး Corporate Identity နဲ့ Functional Planning တို့ကို တစ်ခုတည်းသော Workplace Language အဖြစ် ဖန်တီးထားပါတယ်။
Reception Area မှာ AGL Logo Wall ကို အဓိက Focal Point အဖြစ်ထားပြီး Concrete-inspired Texture၊ Marble-finished Counter၊ Warm Timber Detail နဲ့ Sculptural Linear Lighting တို့ဖြင့် Professional Arrival Experience တစ်ခုကို ဖော်ဆောင်ထားပါတယ်။
Floor Planning ကို Department တစ်ခုချင်းစီရဲ့ Function နဲ့ Daily Workflow အလိုက် စနစ်တကျခွဲခြားထားပါတယ်။ Open Workstations တွေက Team Collaboration ကို အားပေးပြီး Black-framed Textured နဲ့ Frosted Glass Partitions တွေက Visual Connection ကို မပျက်စေဘဲ လိုအပ်တဲ့ Privacy ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းပေးပါတယ်။
Concrete Grey နဲ့ Charcoal Black တို့က တည်ငြိမ်တဲ့ Corporate Character ကို ဖော်ပြပေးပြီး Warm Timber၊ Soft White၊ AGL Green နဲ့ Controlled Yellow Accents တို့က Space အတွင်း Balance နဲ့ Brand Identity ကို ဖြည့်စွက်ပေးထားပါတယ်။
Layered Lighting System ကို Work Area၊ Meeting Space၊ Display Zone နဲ့ Circulation Area တစ်ခုချင်းစီအလိုက် စီမံထားပြီး Function၊ Identity နဲ့ Material Contrast တို့ ချိတ်ဆက်နေတဲ့ Refined Industrial Corporate Workspace တစ်ခုအဖြစ် ပုံဖော်ထားပါတယ်။

Agro Green Land Chemical Office is developed around the concept of “Growth in Structure,” bringing corporate identity and functional planning together within one consistent workplace language.
The reception establishes a clear first impression through the AGL logo wall, concrete-inspired texture, a marble-finished counter, warm timber detailing and sculptural linear lighting. Each element contributes to a composed and professional arrival experience.
The workplace is vertically organized according to departmental function and daily operations. Open workstations encourage collaboration, while black-framed textured and frosted glass partitions maintain privacy without compromising visual connection.
Concrete grey and charcoal black define the disciplined corporate character of the interior. Warm timber and soft white finishes introduce balance and comfort, while AGL green reinforces the brand identity. Controlled yellow accents are applied selectively to bring energy without overwhelming the architecture.
A layered lighting system—combining suspended linear fixtures, recessed downlights, concealed LED strips, cabinet lighting and stair illumination—responds to the specific requirements of work, meeting, display and circulation areas.
The result is a refined industrial corporate workspace where planning, function, identity and material contrast operate as one connected system.
