A simple penthouse designed as a quiet retreat above the city.

The concept focuses on simple forms, clean lines, and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Large sliding glass doors open the living area to the terrace, creating a bright and open atmosphere.

A glass canopy provides shade while allowing natural light, and the timber deck adds warmth and comfort to the rooftop space. We have finally created a space for relaxed urban living, with one of Yangon’s most stunning views.

: a sanctuary for body and mind

The goal of the project is to create a yoga space that carries the peaceful, comforting vibe as a home practice room.
I used mostly natural and indirect lighting as the primary source, preventing any sense of visual overwhelm while ceiling downlights are reserved only for essential use.

Balances rich dark wood textures with clean white space, creating a harmonious contrast that feels both grounded and airy.
And I want to describe that things can be done with simplicity while still carrying a sense of elegance.
