Position: Sales & Marketing Manager (Female / Male - 01 Nos)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, real estate, hospitality, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing plans.
• Oversee project tendering, quotations, contract negotiations, and customer presentations.
• Manage digital marketing, branding activities, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Collaborate closely with project, operations, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in construction materials, interior fit-out, building products, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Established network within the construction and property development sectors is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Good command of English and Myanmar languages.
