လူကြိုက်များတဲ့ Cashew Nut Butter (သီဟိုဠ်ထောပတ်) ကိုပဲ စမ်းစားကြည့်ကြည့်၊ ဒါမှမဟုတ် အရသာစိမ့်ပြီး ရိုးရာအတိုင်း လုပ်ထားတဲ့ Tahini (နှမ်းထောပတ်) ကိုပဲ ပထမဆုံးအကြိမ် မြည်းစမ်းကြည့်ကြည့်... ဒီပုလင်းသေးသေးလေးထဲမှာလည်း အားလုံးနှစ်သက်ကြတဲ့ ပရီမီယံအရည်အသွေးနဲ့ပဲ လုပ်ထားတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အသုံးပြုထားတဲ့ ပါဝင်ပစ္စည်းတွေကို မကွေးက ဒေသခံတောင်သူတွေဆီကနေ တိုက်ရိုက်ဝယ်ယူပြီး၊ ဘာဓာတုပစ္စည်းမှမပါတဲ့ ၁၀၀% သဘာဝစစ်စစ်အတိုင်း ရိုးရာကျောက်ဆုံကြိတ်စက်နဲ့ ဖြည်းဖြည်းချင်း သေသေချာချာ ကြိတ်ထားတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
