And no, I’m not saying you can start building without your permits. 😂
I’m saying you don’t have to wait for them to start the design process.
Whether you’ve just signed your promise of sale, you’re waiting for permits, your property is already under construction, or you’ve bought off-plan and the site hasn’t even started… we can start.
We can work with the plans we have and start looking at the layout, furniture placement, storage, lighting, kitchen, joinery and so much more.
Because the earlier we’re involved, the more flexibility we have to make changes before they become expensive changes.
So if you’re thinking: “It’s too early. We’ll call Homi once everything is approved.”
Don’t. Bring us in early.
