One of the biggest challenges in this project was working around a number of awkward wall configurations and architectural limitations — but instead of trying to hide them, we turned them into part of the design story.

Custom-built storage, feature shelving, the recessed fireplace wall and integrated bar area were all designed to work with the existing structure, helping transform difficult spaces into strong visual features that also serve a practical purpose.

The result is a home that feels cohesive, warm and refined, without feeling forced or overdesigned. A balance of soft tones, layered lighting, textured finishes and tailored joinery helped give the apartment both character and functionality.
