The Extremis experience definitely deserves another post… because I’m still not over it.

What I loved most? The sheer logic behind it all. Every piece just makes sense—designed for real life, real people, and real moments outdoors.

Flexible, durable, beautifully detailed… it’s the kind of furniture that works hard without trying too hard. Effortless, but incredibly smart.

And a special shoutout to Vonken ovens—completely stole the show. No cleaning, built to last, and equipped with every accessory you didn’t even know you needed (until now).

Safe to say: this is outdoor living done right.

A truly unforgettable day on Lake Como, generously hosted by . Set against one of the most breathtaking landscapes, the experience went far beyond showcasing outdoor furniture—it was a full immersion into how design, nature, and connection come together.

Seeing the collection in such a spectacular setting brought each piece to life in the most effortless way. A day that perfectly captured the essence of outdoor living, and one that will stay with me for a long time.

It was a pleasure to take part in Frankfurt and contribute to the panel “Emotional Design in Hospitality Spaces” during Interior Architecture Day, organised by .

The discussion reinforced the importance of moving beyond aesthetics in hospitality design—focusing instead on narrative, emotional clarity, and human experience. When design is rooted in substance and intention, it creates spaces that guests connect with, remember, and return to.

Thank you to my fellow board members and for a thoughtful and engaging conversation. and it was a great pleasure to hear all about your inspiring perspectives.

Like a family, a furniture collection has common characteristics. Features such as materials, shape, colour and form. Executed in warm and tactile elements like wood, jute cord and cotton to fulfill our need for sensory pleasure.

A series of pieces that in addition to being comfortable, simple and organic are also transmitting a feeling of relaxation, calm and peace. A high quality piece of furniture with a timeless aesthetic can be utilized for many years and handed down to the next generation.
