Why would you need a metre+ long charcuterie board in hard maple, cherry and walnut, padouk accents?
Where would you otherwise put cheese and cold cuts for 15?
As for the making routine; plane, thickness, drum sand, glue up, rough shaping on bandsaw, template routing the handle, sanding, water popping, more sanding, oil bath and final buff with home made wax concoction.
