Whether you're a recent graduate or have up to three years of experience, this role offers the chance to develop your skills in a supportive studio environment.
What you'll be doing:
Assisting in the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion, preparing drawings, models, and presentation material, contributing to planning and permit documentation, conducting site visits and supporting project coordination, researching materials, building systems, and industry developments
What we're looking for:
Recognised Architecture degree (MQF Level 6 or equivalent)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (Knowledge in Revit will be considered as an asset)
Familiarity with Maltese planning policies, DC15, sanitary regulations, and CRPD guidelines
Strong design portfolio (academic work welcome)
Excellent communication, collaborative attitude, attention to detail, and proactive mindset

This is an ideal opportunity for a warranted Perit with strong PA/BCA experience to take ownership of planning processes and build lasting client relationships.
What you'll be doing:
Managing full lifecycle of PA/BCA planning applications and permits, conducting site assessments, coordinating with clients, contractors, design teams, and statutory bodies, ensuring compliance with planning policies, building regulations and H&S standards, preparing technical reports and overseeing site implementation
What we're looking for:
Warrant to practise as Perit
Recognised Architecture/Civil Engineering degree (MQF Level 6+)
3โ5 years' PA/BCA experience in Malta
Proficiency in AutoCAD, PA online tools, and Microsoft Office
Strong DC15/CRPD/H&S/energy performance knowledge
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
