Proud Project Milestone!

Over the past 15 months, JZ Projects has had the privilege of leading the design and project management of a major industrial development on a 10,000 sq.m site in Marsa.

From the initial concept to on-site coordination, our team worked tirelessly to bring this ambitious project to life and we’re excited to share a glimpse of the journey with you.

We are truly honoured to have welcomed Hon. Jonathan Attard, along with representatives from OHSA and BCA, on one of our construction sites in Marsa currently managed by JZ Projects.

During the visit, we had the opportunity to engage in productive discussions about the new legislation concerning health and safety on site.

We thank Hon. Attard and the delegations for their time and commitment towards improving safety standards across the industry.

Led by Josef Zammit, JZ Projects was responsible for both the design and project management of this impressive 6-month project. From concept to completion, our team worked tirelessly to create a space that is as innovative as it is inspiring.
Key features of Di Hub MT include:
💡 A massive LED screen at the heart of a high-end designed networking area, perfect for collaboration and idea-sharing.
🌐 A Metaverse Interactive Space, bridging the physical and digital worlds.
⚙️ A specialized room for HPC (High-Performance Computing), designed for advanced computing needs and research.
🚀 Incubation Facilities designed to support startups and innovators.
🔬 Various labs, including a fully functional 3D Farm and IoT station—leading the way in digital and innovation.
💻 A dedicated Hot Desking area to encourage flexible working and creativity.

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our latest project - The Design and ex*****on of the brand new Porziuncola by Golden Care - Old People's Home!

At JZ Projects , we believe that everyone deserves a space that reflects their unique needs and personalities, especially our beloved elders. That's why we poured our passion and expertise into every aspect of this project, from the layout to the finest details of interior design.

Our goal was to create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel at home and supported. From comfortable common areas to thoughtfully designed private rooms, every element was carefully considered to ensure the utmost comfort and convenience for our seniors.

We couldn't have achieved this milestone without the full co-operation of an amazing Client’s Team and contractors who worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life. Your dedication and talent shine through in every corner of this beautiful space.

To all the residents of this Old People's Home, we welcome you into your new home.

One of the latest works completed by JZ Projects.

The Project included the restoration of an old existing structure and the construction of a new extension.

The Client requested a new space incorporating a design which is fresh, energetic, and modern – a space where employees enjoy being and, crucially, enjoy working in, which helps them to focus on individual tasks but also to relax, collaborate, and create.
