1. TOP SECTION: 3D VISUALIZATION
The top half shows a modern, minimalist bathroom built into the dead space beneath a concrete and wood staircase.
✅ Spatial Layout: The toilet is placed at the lowest point of the ceiling slope to utilize the space where a person would be seated, while the sink is positioned at the highest point (the entrance) where full standing height is required.
✅ Aesthetics: It features white subway tiles, a floating wooden vanity, and integrated LED strip lighting following the underside of the stairs.
✅ Height Dimensions:
✅ Max Height: Marked at 84" (213cm) near the sink/entrance, providing standard head clearance.
✅ Min Height: Marked at 60" (152cm) at the point where the ceiling slope meets the back wall behind the toilet.

2. BOTTOM SECTION: 2D FLOOR PLAN
The bottom half provides a bird's-eye view with precise measurements for the layout.
✅ Overall Footprint: The interior width of the room is shown as 36" (91cm), which is a standard minimum for comfort in a small powder room.
✅ Fixtures:
✅ Vanity/Sink: Occupies an 18" (46cm) deep section at one end.
✅ Circulation/Toilet Space: A 60" (152cm) long area is allocated for the toilet and the "clear floor space" in front of it.
✅ Doorway: An out-swinging door is indicated, which is a common design choice for very small bathrooms to prevent the door from hitting the fixtures or trapping a person inside.
✅ Note: When building a bathroom like this, always check your local building codes. Many jurisdictions require a minimum ceiling height of 80" over the fixture and the "clear floor space" in front of it.
