This Friday the 21 st of November we proudly attended the French President visit in Telfair Moka to present our New French Embassy office project .
A day to remember …
Alongside Ramp project managers , Ekium and Vikram Mohabeer we have built the last 3 months a strong collaboration with all the region French Embassy team on the design of their future offices .
Diving into a new world of international strict security measures .
We shall post stories in the weeks to come the site progress pics .

After having understood the brief we did all the 3D renderings and the teams were able to understand fully how it should look when completed …

Contracting
The start point ? The material to be used to have a plain white surface curving like a sea shell to the lower floor leading to the wine tasting area ….The no balustrade client request and yet be safe for the house users …The planting proportion zones around …The lighting under the curved handrail …. The placement of the sculptured posts …. The skylight deco feature …

Today our team was on site down south to complete the setting up of Spa 🤩 After 10 weeks of hard work the Spa re opened today for the resort guests 👏
Thanks to for their continuous trust in our teams magic to re design Awali resort .

We now have to wait for the landscaping to mature and be done with a few snags .

In Trou D’Eau douce by the beach in September 2024 we have completed this exceptional renovation of 6 villas for Patrice and Alex 👏
The 2 , 3 bedrooms Beach villas had a Theme and we developed another theme for the 4 garden villas .
The client wanted us to re think the building colours the exterior signage , main entrance door … when completed the 6 villas had a very fresh look 🤩 ready for the new Mauritius 2024 / 2025 Summer Season 👏
Sometimes a renovation project can be more rewarding than a new build 😅
