Role and responsibilities:
-A solid grasp of general construction materials, tools and processes is imperative.
-Physical ability to withstand the lifting, pulling and pushing of materials all day
-Basic mathematical abilities are vital for bricklayers. They are often required to calculate the number of bricks and mortar needed for a job.
-Positive attitude and attendance. If you turn up to work on time with ambition and dedication, you’ll find what’s possible as a bricklayer – and beyond.

We are currently looking for an organized Supervisor/Carpenter with excellent management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating construction work on the field according to priorities and plans, ensure that schedules are adhered to.
-Allocating general and daily responsibilities
- Report on progress to managers, engineers etc
- Monitoring attendance of crew

The person must possess good leadership skills as well as a solid background in this field. Prior experience in supervisory role is a plus.
