About Createak:

Your Role:In this dual role, you will be the face of Createak—both in our physical store and on our social media channels. You will balance direct sales with creative content creation, ensuring our brand shines in person and online.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience: Greet, advise, and inspire customers in our store to maximize sales.
Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) showcasing our products.
Store Management: Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the shop looking flawless.
Inventory & Details: Manage stock levels, process orders, and handle cash register operations with absolute precision.
What We Are Looking For:
Sales Talent: Experience in retail, sales, or customer service with a natural ability to connect with people.
Digital Native: Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, transitions, and video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
Eye for Detail: High accuracy in administrative tasks, inventory management, and store presentation.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and French.
Personality: Outgoing, creative, reliable, and highly organized.
