West Wave Residence – Where design meets coastal lifestyle.

Located in the vibrant setting of Flic en Flac, West Wave Residence embodies our architectural vision of modern living seamlessly integrated with its natural surroundings.

This project is a testament to our commitment at We r Architects to create spaces that are not only aesthetically compelling but also functional, timeless and valuable.

The interplay of clean lines, expansive glass facades, and natural materials fosters a sense of openness while maximizing light and views. Every balcony is thoughtfully designed to extend the living space outward, blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, while the lush landscaping complements the architectural rhythm of the façade.

The project consists of 12 nos. luxurious 150m2 Apartments and 2 nos. 180m2 Penthouses.

Work progress for Le Papillon d’Albion – The Butterfly House 🦋 our ongoing duplex project , Mauritius

Inspired by the shape of a butterfly, Papillon d'Albion is designed to fit its irregular site while making a bold architectural statement. The duplex layout maximizes space and privacy, with stone walls adding a tropical character.

The roof mimics the open wings of a butterfly, creating a unique and striking form. Sharp angles in the floor plan give it a modern touch, while signature V-shaped columns add to its distinct style. Large openings and doors bring in natural light and fresh air, making the home feel spacious despite its compact design.
