I hope this post finds you all well. I wanted to let you know about a recent development regarding my page.
Unfortunately, I've been experiencing some technical issues with my current page, and it's been quite frustrating. 😔 These issues have affected my ability to connect and engage with all of you in the way that I intended. But don't worry, I have a solution!
Starting from today, I will be switching to a new page to ensure a smoother experience for all of us. 🚀 This decision wasn't taken lightly, as I value the connections and interactions we've built on this page. However, I believe this change will ultimately benefit us in the long run.

Project: Revamping of BUSINESS ASSIST PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT
Location: Henessy Court, Port-Louis
Client: BUSINESS ASSIST PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT

We had to design the office in a way to allow proper circulation of clients and staff.

We kept neutral colours such as blue and white to give a calm and modern atmosphere.

The lighting placed in each room was decided based on the amount of natural lighting the room is getting. Even the positioning of Computers were calculated based on the lightings so that the employees do not face any difficulties while using the screen.

The Director's office was designed in a way that no matter where the customer is seated, the in charge can comfortably speak to him and the director gets an overall view on the outer space of the office from his cabinet.

LOCATION: TRIOLET
BUILDING PERMIT: DONE AND APPROVED
STATUS: CONSTRUCTION STARTED

This project is based at Triolet. With mostly hot temperature and sunny days, we decided to go for the grey and white colours to add to the coolness of the house.

Not to forget proper air circulation within the home with windows in all rooms.

The perfect garage connected to the front door which makes access to the home easier.

PROJECT: NARCICUSS RESIDENCE (Narcissus Development)
LOCATION: PEREYBER

This new project comprises of 5 stylish, spacious and modern villa side by side along with full privacy.

We took into consideration the wow factor that makes anyone look twice. The small details such as the materials to be used, the color patterns and the greenery really adds to the luxury look.

Apart from the luxurious look, it gives a summer vacation vibes that matches the temperature and weather of Pereybere, Grand Baie.

The back of the villa comprises of a big yard and a pool. The two master bedrooms on the first floor and the guest room on the ground floor have access to the pool.

When we create designs, we take into consideration all type of personalities. Some people love the social life and gatherings and some of them just want to relax and have their privacy. These villa's provides all of it.

LOCATION: PORT-LOUIS
STATUS: BUILDING PERMIT DONE
AWAITING APPROVAL.

This is a cubical concept with a modern contemporary house design.

Spacious enough for two cars and more. A royal entrance with the two big columns. It just gives a different vibe to the entrance.

This design enables you to see the four corners of the house without stepping out of the house.

This house is designed in such a manner that it allows natural lighting inside. Natural lighting in a house brings warmth and good energy.
