After a long break, I finally visited Israhvehinge Naadhee today.
Walking in brought back so many good memories. As always, everyone was busy working on their beautiful handmade creations—ribbon flowers, beadwork, crochet, paper baskets, origami, pipe cleaner flowers, recycled crafts, and so much more.
I always enjoy spending time here. Sometimes I get to share what I know, and sometimes I learn something new from the elders. They have so much patience, creativity, and experience, and I love seeing the different techniques they use.
But what makes this place truly special isn't just the crafts—it's the warmth, kindness, and love they always show me. They make me feel like family every time I visit.
I'm so happy I came back today. Looking forward to many more creative days together. 💗

Honestly before rosemary was even a thing, before minoxidil, DHT blockers, all these lab made oils… we had thick long black hair for centuries. amla, henna, bhringraj — these aren't new, they're literally what wr used. And the science actually backs amla up too, studies show it helps extend the hair's growth phase, it's not just tradition talking, but no one's pushing amla on you because there's no patent on it, no big marketing budget behind it.

Companies can't own a root or a leaf, so they recreate similar effects synthetically in a lab and sell that for a huge markup. It's not that natural stuff doesn't work, it's that it's not profitable to promote it the way synthetic ones are.
that's exactly why I make my own oils, without chemicals.

This isn't new, we've literally been doing this for centuries, we just forgot.
