* Kenako petani kuchotsa deya wake uja.

Chiphikeni mpakana chipse

1. Soak overnight or soak beans in hot water same day up until u can remove the outer layer. Wash them clean.
2. Put in a pot and boil till tender
3. Add chopped onions, tomatoes and salt. Cook till cooked.
4. Mash into a smooth paste
