VACANCY: SALES CONSULTANT

NovoMuse Interiors is entering a new phase of expansion and seeks a high-performing, results-driven Sales Consultant to strengthen our commercial team. This role is strictly sales-oriented — focused on revenue generation, client acquisition, and deal closure (not marketing).
We are looking for an individual who is confident, persuasive, commercially astute, and passionate about delivering tailored interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities
• Conduct client consultations and present customized interior design solutions
• Prepare professional quotations and follow up strategically on leads
• Negotiate pricing and close sales with confidence and integrity
• Build and maintain strong after-sales relationships to encourage repeat business
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client engagements
Requirements
• Proven track record in sales (experience in interior design or construction is an added advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, quotations, CRM systems)
