The viral Matilda Cake 🤤
Siapa je boleh tahan tengok coklat melimpah macam ni kan? This is my version of the Matilda Cake.
Rahsia nak dapat fudge frosting yang pekat tapi tak muak is kena guna Colatta Compound.
And that mirror-finish on top? Haa yang ni saya guna Colatta Glaze. Tuang je tak perlu mix apa-apa dah.
Korang yang hantu coklat tu, wajib try buat sendiri guna Colatta. Memang puas hati.
Chocolate Cake:
- 13/4 cups (230g) all-purpose flour
- 13/4 cups (350g) granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup (72g) cocoa powder
- 2 tsp (12g) baking soda
- 1 tsp (4g) baking powder
- 1 tsp (6g) salt
- 1 cup (240ml) buttermilk, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup (120ml) canola oil
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 2 tsp (8g) vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240ml) hot brewed coffee
Chocolate Fudge Frosting:
- 1 cup (226g) salted butter
- 300g Colatta dark chocolate compound
- 1 cup (240ml) whipping cream
- 1 cup (120g) sugar
- 1/4 cup (24g) cocoa powder
