🚨 PROTON X70 TPMS ERROR — ISSUE SETTLED!

This Proton X70 came in with a TPMS warning/error on the dashboard. After checking the system, we found the TPMS sensor was not functioning properly.

🔧 What we did:
✅ Replaced the faulty TPMS sensor with a Launch aftermarket TPMS sensor
✅ Performed TPMS sensor learning/programming
✅ Rechecked the system and confirmed the sensor was communicating properly
✅ TPMS warning successfully

🚨 PROTON X70 — MULTIPLE ISSUES FOUND DURING INSPECTION! 🚨

This Proton X70 came in to KBH Automotive with several concerns:

🔧 Customer Complaints
• Oil leakage
• Gear delay when shifting into D
• EPB fault
• ADAS warning / issue

During our inspection, we found several areas requiring attention, including RH drive shaft oil seal leakage and pre-separator oil leakage.

🛠️ Repair & Service Performed:

✅ Replaced RH Drive Shaft Oil Seal
✅ Rectified Pre-Separator Oil Leakage
✅ Performed Gearbox Learning to improve gear engagement
✅ Replaced RR/RH EPB Motor
✅ Replaced EPB switch
✅ Performed ADAS Front Radar Calibration

After completing the repairs, the vehicle was tested to ensure the gearbox, EPB and ADAS systems were functioning properly.

🚗 PROTON X70 — ROUTINE SERVICE, BUT WE FOUND MORE!

This Proton X70 came in for its scheduled service interval. During our inspection, we found several items that needed attention before they could develop into bigger problems:

🔧 Heater Hose — Leaking
Coolant leakage detected around the heater hose. If left unattended, coolant loss can lead to overheating and further engine issues.

🔧 Pre-Separator — Needs Attention
Inspection found the pre-separator condition was no longer ideal and required replacement.

🔧 Front Right Lower Arm Bush — Worn Out
Worn suspension bush can contribute to abnormal noise, loose steering feel and reduced suspension stability.
