Located in Setia Alam, this 2100 sqft residence explores a refined interpretation of modern Japandi — where contrast, materiality, and balance come together in quiet harmony.

Anchored by deep walnut tones and layered textures, the space carries a sense of depth and calm, while subtle green elements introduce warmth and life. A sculptural staircase becomes a defining feature of the home, seamlessly integrating function and form, a reflection of thoughtful, intentional design.

More than aesthetics, this home is designed as an expression of identity, bold yet restrained, grounded yet expressive.

Located in Semenyih, this 2900 sqft residence is designed as a space that feels calm, enduring, and effortlessly livable.

Inspired by a soft modern English approach, the home embraces a palette of warm neutrals and natural textures, creating a timeless foundation that ages gracefully with its owners. The open-plan layout connects the living, dining, and dry kitchen into one continuous flow, encouraging connection, interaction, and everyday comfort.

At the heart of the home, the dry kitchen becomes more than just a functional space, it anchors the home as a place for gathering, conversation, and shared moments.

Rooted in a modern contemporary approach, the design embraces soft grey wood tones and clean spatial flow, creating a calm yet refined living environment. A custom island and dining element becomes the heart of the home — seamlessly supporting daily living, work, and connection within a compact footprint.

A carefully crafted partition subtly defines the space while maintaining openness, balancing both functionality and emotional comfort.
