An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chinese Male/ Female full time Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Kuala Lumpur As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects by providing expert cost management and quantity surveying services.
Key Responsibilities:
๐Assist and support the Project Person-in-Charge with all contractual compliance matters.
๐Re-measure quantities for original and variation works validate progress claims, final accounts, and subcontractor payments.
๐Coordinate and help implement digitization and standardization of contract administration procedures. Participate in the development of cost control measures and maintain budget accuracy.
๐Assist with budget preparation, subcontractor solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, and award processes.
๐Execute day-to-day contract administration duties to ensure adherence to the companyโs contract and procurement policies.
๐Requirements:
๐Possess at least a Professional Certificate in Quantity Surveying.
๐Computer literate with relevant working experience.
๐Minimum 2 years experience.
๐Age 24++
