No experience is required—just bring your creativity and we'll guide you step by step.

Today, I had the honour of being one of three judges for the Terrarium Competition at "Fit For The Future: Wealth, Health & Green" organised by Straits Quay, The One Academy Penang, and partners.

Before judging began, we ran a quick terrarium demo to give students the foundation principles of plant arrangements. I spent 30 minutes of judging, weighing each creation against those very guidelines.
Not every piece I scored highest took home the top spots and I saw the disappointment on some young faces. That's part of competition and part of growth.

To every student who poured effort into their terrarium today: your craftsmanship was noticed, your passion for green design was real, and that's worth far more than a placing.

Thank you to the organisers for creating a platform where students get to explore sustainability, design, and self-expression. Days like this remind us why we do what we do.
