After multiple discussions and space planning sessions with the homeowner, we decided to create a Modern Minimalist + Scandinavian Cozy concept for this project.
经过与业主多次深入讨论与空间规划后，我们最终为这次项目定下了 Modern Minimalist + Scandinavian Cozy 的设计方向。
The overall design focuses on a warm material palette, neutral color tones and soft curved elements to create a smoother visual flow while maintaining a cozy and timeless atmosphere.
整体设计以温暖材质、低饱和中性色调为核心，并大量运用弧形线条元素让空间视觉更加柔和流畅，同时保留舒适且耐看的居家氛围。
Due to the space planning requirements and number of residents, we replaced the conventional dining table with an island counter to achieve a more spacious and open layout experience. For the main feature wall, a light blue tone was selected to better complement the overall design philosophy and enhance the calm, cozy ambience of the home.
考虑到空间规划以及居住人数需求，我们以中岛吧台取代传统餐桌设计，让整体空间视觉更加宽敞与开放。主墙面则采用浅蓝色调更贴合整体设计理念，同时提升空间宁静与舒适感。
One of the most satisfying parts of this project is that we successfully restored 99.99% of the original design proposal into the final completed outcome.
这次项目最令人满意的部分之一是我们成功将 99.99% 的原始设计方案完整呈现在最终成品中。
This is also why detailed design drawings and planning are extremely important before renovation begins. Through finalized design drawings, homeowners can clearly visualize the end result, while quotations can be prepared accurately without unnecessary hidden costs.
这也正是为什么我们坚持在装修前完成完整设计图的重要原因。通过最终设计图业主能够更清楚了解未来成品效果，同时报价也能更加精准透明和避免不必要的隐藏费用。
Except for additional items personally requested by the homeowner during the process, the entire project was completed according to the agreed contract pricing without exceeding the original renovation budget.
除了业主后期额外增加的项目之外，整个工程皆按照最终合同价格完成，并没有超出原本装修预算。
