Today we visited Olive Grove, Ulu Kinta with our customer to discuss their upcoming house renovation works. 😊

🔑 The house key is expected to be handed over next week. Once we receive the key, our team will arrange a site measurement to get the full house measurements before preparing the proposed floor plan.

📐 After the floor plan, we’ll proceed with the 3D design package so our customer can better visualise the overall look and layout of their future home. ✨

Another practical home improvement project completed for our customer. 👌

We installed a powder-coated aluminium mesh grill cover for the koi pond, helping to reduce the risk of koi jumping out while adding an extra layer of safety around the deep pond — especially for homes with elderly family members and young children. 🐟❤️

这次除了美观，也特别注重 实用性与居家安全 ✨

This koi pond was also built by our team previously, and we continue to assist with regular servicing and maintenance. 💦

🏠 WHY CAN 2 RENOVATION QUOTATIONS DIFFER BY RM20,000–RM30,000?

You received 2 renovation quotations:

🔹 Contractor A — RM80,000
🔹 Contractor B — RM105,000

Naturally, the first question is:

“Why should I pay RM25,000 more?”

But before choosing the cheaper quotation, ask yourself one important question:

Are you actually comparing the same scope of work?

For example:

RM80,000 quotation

Basic electrical points
Standard plaster ceiling
Basic carpentry
Selected flooring
Basic painting
Limited waterproofing
Basic installation

RM105,000 quotation

More electrical points
Complete plaster ceiling works
Better carpentry specifications & hardware
Higher-grade selected materials
Proper wall preparation & painting
Required waterproofing works
Installation & coordination
Project management
Rectification/after-sales support

The difference may look like RM25,000.

But if you add the items that were not included in the RM80,000 quotation, the actual difference may become much smaller.

Don't ask only, “Who is cheaper?”
Ask, “What am I getting for the price?”
