All the arrangements were carefully planned by our designer after weeks of discussion with the owner, making sure the layout, storage, lighting and carpentry work together as one complete concept.

Our renovation works are continuing into Day 3 at Shibuya @ Ipoh South, a Japanese-inspired residential development by Team Keris Berhad (TKB Group). 🇯🇵🏡

Today’s progress includes building up the brick wall along the side of the house, while other renovation works are moving forward.

🏡✨ NEW RENOVATION PROJECT · SHIBUYA

Our new renovation project at Shibuya officially started yesterday! 😊🔨

From our first meeting with the homeowner, everything moved along smoothly and quickly. Within less than 6 weeks, we completed the discussions, planning and scope — and now the renovation is officially underway. 💪✨

🔨 Our renovation scope includes:
• Fencing changed to brick wall
• Electrical wiring
• Air-conditioning piping
• TV cabinet
• Kitchen cabinets
• Master bedroom wardrobes
• Dressing table
• Headboard feature panel
• Outdoor awning for the side area

We’re also currently discussing a few upcoming projects with new homeowners. 😊

Another productive design discussion with our Beverly Interior Design Team. 😊

This morning, Ms Lee, our designer, together with Mr Leong, had the 2nd meeting with the homeowner to discuss the proposed floor plan before we start working on the 3D design.

📐 Floor plan discussion is an important step.
Once the floor plan is ready, we will go through the overall layout with the homeowner — room arrangement, spaces, circulation and practical details.

Today, our team had a site visit at a lovely single-storey Semi-D home in the Lawan Kuda, Gopeng area. A spacious home with lots of potential for a comfortable and practical makeover. 😊

We had a good discussion with the homeowner and shared some ideas and advice on how the renovation can be planned according to the house layout, lifestyle and overall needs.

✨ Taman Kinrara | Modern Contemporary

Good interior design is not about using the most expensive materials.
It’s about bringing together the right colours, textures, lighting and layout to create a home that feels comfortable and looks refined. 🤎

For this Taman Kinrara project, we chose a warm contemporary palette featuring wood-look finishes, soft beige, clean white and charcoal accents.

🌿 Wood-Look Laminate — adds warmth and visual texture
🤍 Soft Neutral Colours — creates a calm atmosphere
🖤 Charcoal Details — brings depth and modern contrast
✨ Warm Lighting — gives the home a cosy evening feel

我们的木工主要采用 plywood + Maica / TopMix laminate 饰面，通过不同的木纹、颜色和质感搭配，营造温暖而现代的整体效果。

不是实木，也不需要假装是实木。
我们更注重的是 laminate 的颜色、纹理与整体空间搭配，让设计看起来协调、耐看，同时兼顾日常使用。

From the living room to the bedrooms, dining area and kitchen, every space follows the same design direction while maintaining its own character.

客厅以温暖木色搭配灰色及中性色调，感觉舒服又大方。
