Our customised Figure-8 Koi Pond is progressing well. The concrete work has been completed, and the pond surfaces have been smoothed in preparation for the next stage. 💪🔧

2️⃣ Allow the tiled surfaces and materials to cure and dry properly
3️⃣ Water testing, pond cleaning and flushing to help remove cement residue and any remaining odour
4️⃣ Install the Tsunami pump system
5️⃣ Final checks on water circulation and filtration before preparing the pond for koi

💧 Before introducing any koi, we will need to ensure the pond is properly cured, thoroughly cleaned and that the water parameters are safe for the fish. 🐟❤️

Both the pond and filter chamber are designed with the same depth to help maintain a consistent water level and support smooth, balanced water circulation. 💧

Our renovation works at Shibuya @ Ipoh South, a Japanese-inspired residential development by Team Keris Berhad (TKB Group), are progressing nicely into Day 5! 🇯🇵✨

🧱 The side boundary walls are taking shape!

As you can see from the photos, our team is using traditional red clay bricks for the wall construction. The brickwork is progressing well, and the next stage will be cement rendering to achieve a neater, smoother finish. 💪

Our new renovation project at Shibuya officially started yesterday! 😊🔨

From our first meeting with the homeowner, everything moved along smoothly and quickly. Within less than 6 weeks, we completed the discussions, planning and scope — and now the renovation is officially underway. 💪✨

🔨 Our renovation scope includes:

• Master bedroom wardrobes
