行政助理(Admin Assistant)

🕘 工作时间 / Working Hours
• 周一至周五 Monday to Friday:8:30am – 5:30pm
• 周六 Saturday:8:30am – 12:30pm
💰 薪资 / Salary
RM2,500 – RM3,500(视经验而定 / Based on experience)
🔍 工作职责 / Job Responsibilities
• 协助处理办公室日常行政事务
Assist in daily office administrative tasks
• 文件整理、资料归档与数据录入
Filing documents, organizing records, and data entry
• 接听电话、处理邮件与接待来访
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors
• 协助人事、采购、财务等文书工作
Support HR, purchasing, and basic accounting documents
• 协助准备报价单与整理文件
Assist in preparing quotations and organizing documents.
• 处理马来语、中文及英文文件(BM, BC & BE)
Handle documents in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and English (BM, BC & BE).
• 协助商务发展主管整理与提交招标文件
Assist Business Development Executive in preparing tender documents.
• 执行上级交办的其他行政任务
Perform other tasks assigned by the superior
✅ 任职要求 / Job Requirements
• 中专/大专或以上学历
Minimum diploma qualification
• 至少1至2年相关工作经验
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• 具备良好的沟通与协调能力
Good communication and coordination skills.
• 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 等办公软件
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office tools.
• 能阅读和处理三语文件(马来语、中文、英文)
Able to read and process documents in BM, Chinese, and English.
• 会听、说、读、写中文者优先
Can speak, read, and write in Chinese will be given priority.
• 细心、有责任心,能独立完成任务
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
