以现代极简为设计语言，融合传统禅意哲学，通过对空间流动、比例与材质的精细控制，营造安静而内省的当代居所。设计弱化实体隔断，以开放式布局强化连续性与通透感。弧形展示柜作为过渡界面，引导动线由外而内。主卧采用非对称布局与弧形床头板，在保持通透性的同时提升私密性。天然木材与大地色系藤编材质的运用，赋予空间温润而隽永的气质。

Grounded in modern minimalism and informed by traditional Zen philosophy, this project creates a calm and introspective contemporary home through precise control of spatial flow, proportion, and materiality. Solid partitions are minimised to enhance openness and continuity. A gently curved display cabinet acts as a transitional threshold, guiding movement from exterior to interior. The master bedroom adopts an asymmetrical layout, where a curved headboard introduces privacy while preserving openness. Natural timber and earth-toned rattan finishes add warmth, tactility, and a timeless quality to the living environment.

空间以极简为基底，融入自然意象，营造出兼具静谧与温度的生活氛围。不同功能在同一场域中被柔性整合——无论是阅读、游戏、观影，或片刻的独处与放松，皆可随家庭日常的节奏自然切换与延展，形成一个持续流动的生活场景。

The standout feature of the home is the third-floor, redesigned as a flexible parent-child retreat that balances play, rest, and connection. This minimalist family zone merges entertainment and tranquility, offering a nature-inspired space suited for reading, games, television, or quiet relaxation—adapting easily to the daily flow of family life.

A timeless blend of traditional motifs and contemporary design, where cultural storytelling meets elegant minimalism. This interior concept unites modern refinement with natural grounding. Rich wood paneling, soft neutral furnishings, and a striking black marble island offer a balance of luxury and calm. Above, a cluster of woven rattan pendant lights creates a sculptural ceiling feature—casting a warm, diffused glow that adds texture, intimacy, and artisanal charm to the space. Organic elements like the integrated tree planter and patterned tile flooring further enhance the connection to nature, while thoughtful detailing and curated décor lend a sense of cultural depth. We are proud to welcome Glenn Lim Heng How — Membership Director of JIDA and Founder & Principal Designer of MorphDesign — to the MTTC College Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).

With a strong belief that meaningful spaces should evoke emotion and leave a lasting impact, Glenn has led Morph Design since 2018, shaping thoughtful and purpose-driven projects that resonate deeply with clients and users.
