We hv controllable (Private Construction) and uncontrollable (Developer Units) situations.

Root cause of all leaking are not completely on the materials itself, mainly and govern by the workmanship.
Recently, we notice another specialist sector surface in the market due to market demand.

Minimum entry gateway of cost could be thousands plus.

By these means, our new house waterproofing quality dropped due to inappropriate applications method by untrained labour. The results of the waterproofing failure are due to the cutting exercise by the contractors.

Especially in advance technologies world, our manufacturer had come out with some products thats are easy to apply on, which they promoting their products are durable and easy application as per their test results in their lab testing.

Which I only agree partly.

Sharing some simple cleaning of Air Con cooling indoor unit.
It might not be 100% clean, but it definitely give you the AC breezy and cooling air back after service.
Important Note:
Take extra careful on the discharge outlet of the indoor unit. Make sure it is not block, otherwise the cleaning water cannot flow out.
