Big thanks to the owner for trusting us to handle the renovation of their new home! Really appreciate it!

But first, renovation a house is more than walls and floors, it’s about planning, patience, and building step by step.

Before starting renovation: submit your defect report first! 📝

Check everything : leaks, cracks, wiring, pipes.
Skip this, and old problems will hide under your new work, bigger headache later. 💸

1️⃣ Safety comes first – check doors, locks, grills, and alarms. A safe house makes you feel calm, just like having a strong foundation in life.

2️⃣ Check the basics – wiring, pipes, floors, walls, and ceiling. If the basics are weak, everything else can go wrong later. Life is the same — a strong foundation matters.

3️⃣ Plan renovations – paint, cabinets, lighting, storage, layout. Don’t just do what looks pretty. Think about what actually works for you.

4️⃣ Budget & timeline – do the important things first. Don’t rush everything or spend without thinking. Life needs the same careful steps.
