Three-Storey Corporate Office: Facade Design & Interior Design
It is a biophilic, minimalist office where teams can focus, meet and unwind in equal measure. A light, neutral palette keeps visual noise low, while glass partitions open long sightlines to indoor greenery and a water feature.
We designed this corporate hub from the outside in: a new glass curtain-wall facade with a long colonnade canopy, blends classical architecture with the functional needs of a modern carport and creating a visually elegant structure.
— Reception, Client Suite & Open Work
Double-height lobby with a marble reception counter, and black lift portals establishes a clear brand moment. A transparent meeting room provides privacy without visual heaviness. The open office behind consolidates print/filing hubs, bench workstations and full‑height cabinetry for efficient day-to-day operations.
— Workspace, Meeting Suite & Pantry
Meeting rooms are placed along the main corridor for easy wayfinding; adjacency to directors shortens prep time and improves confidentiality management. Director could greet the guest, and oversight without crossing the open work floor. While the workstations are arranged in paired rows for collaboration, each cluster is served by printer for fast output.
The pantry reads like a calm café—warm, photo‑ready, and loose seating—so teams can recharge quickly without leaving the building.
— Collaboration & Meeting Suite
Four glass‑fronted meeting rooms in a row allow parallel sessions with consistent TV and write‑surfaces. It locates opposite the work zone, allows to use the meeting room without crossing the floor to speed daily cycles.
A refined, photo‑ready workplace where hospitality and productivity meet: clients are hosted confidently, staff move with clarity, and daily operations run smoother—beauty with purpose, delivered by LEGNO.
