Ingredients
- 5 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 carrot
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 5g sugar
- 250g cornstarch
- Corn oil (for coating)
1. Add 5 medium-sized potatoes into the bowl.

2. Add 2 onions and 1 carrot into the bowl and blend.

3. Add the boiled potatoes and blend for another 10 seconds.
4. Add 2 eggs, salt and pepper, 5g sugar, and 250g cornstarch. Mix well.

5. Pour the mixture into a tray.
6. Attach the steam basket and steam for 10 minutes.
7. Cut the veggie nuggets into your preferred size and coat them with cornstarch.
8. Coat the air fryer basket with corn oil and lightly coat the veggie nuggets with corn oil as well.
9. Attach the air fryer attachment and air fry basket. Air fry at 165°C for 15 minutes.
