Hmm... exactly the same thoughts as I was having this year.
There were not many schools then, I mean the prehistoric times.😬
Never was there abstractionism, nor impressionism, nor realism ... just some etchings (I can't say they are simple because they might have been considered complicated then) , on the wall or animal skin or any so called suitable surfaces of those times. Art is dynamic and changing with times.
Now there is digital art. I see much like prehistoric drawings in NFTs.
Had me thinking about what I used to draw on sandy ground, dusty window panes, or dusty car booths. I remembered those days when the girls used to have so much fun with such drawings and the boys would just come and had them erased off with one wipe.
Those were the days!!
Just imagine the prehistoric drawings left us much to think about. Who knows what our drawings will mean to future generations! 😅
