Official Response Statement — The Signature Food Fest 2026 (5th Edition)

In response to the recent public statement by Breeze Magazine, we wish to clarify the following for accuracy and transparency:
1️⃣ The Signature Food Fest (TSFF) was originally founded and established in 2014 under MediaCraft Marketing. From 2014 to 2017, the event was entirely self-funded and independently organized, without involvement or support from any magazine or external media partner.
2️⃣ In 2025, a proposal was made to merge and rebrand the event under a shared platform. There was only verbal acceptance, an official agreement or black-and-white documentation was yet to be signed between MediaCraft Marketing and Breeze Magazine.
3️⃣ Acting in good faith, Mr. Alfred Allen Ginsos, the Founder and Project Director of The Signature Food Fest, began preliminary preparations — including timeline planning, budgeting, campaign development and marketing materials under the label “Breeze Signature Food Fest” to reflect the verbal agreement.
4️⃣ However, due to "known circumstances and matters concerning integrity, ethics and professional alignment", The Signature Food Fest committee collectively decided not to proceed with the proposed merge. Thus, this warrant a responsibility for the committee to inform all the contacted clients on our decision and as of 25 October 2025, all related materials, including website and social media assets, were reverted to the event’s rightful and original ownership:

5️⃣ The Signature Food Fest 2026 – 5th Edition remains the sole initiative of MediaCraft Marketing, continuing its legacy as Sabah’s leading culinary and cultural celebration. Our official magazine partner moving forward is FAVSTYLE – Malaysia, representing the next chapter of growth, creativity, and integrity.
We wish to thank all past collaborators for their contributions and wish them well. MediaCraft Marketing continues to uphold the values of transparency, professionalism, and community — building events that bring people together through food, culture, and creativity.

针对近期由 Breeze Magazine 发布的公开声明,本单位为确保信息准确与透明,特此作出以下说明:
1️⃣ The Signature Food Fest(简称 TSFF)由 MediaCraft Marketing 于 2014 年创办。自 2014 至 2017 年期间,活动完全由主办方自资筹办与独立执行,未与任何杂志或外部媒体合作。
2️⃣ 2025 年,曾提出将活动品牌合并及重塑为联合平台的建议。双方仅达成口头共识,并未签署正式合作协议或任何书面文件。
3️⃣ 基于善意与专业精神,The Signature Food Fest 创办人兼项目总监 Mr. Alfred Allen Ginsos 依口头共识展开前期筹备,包括时间规划、预算编制、活动推广及设计素材,并暂以 “Breeze Signature Food Fest” 名称作为临时识别。
4️⃣ 然而,鉴于“诚信、职业操守及理念一致性”等因素,The Signature Food Fest 委员会一致决定不再推进该联合方案。委员会亦有责任正式通知所有相关合作方。自 2025 年 10 月 25 日起,所有相关资料(包括网站及社交媒体账户)均已恢复为活动原始与合法拥有权。
