Oracare dental clinic is designed with a minimalist approach, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere for patients. The space features wooden textures and rustic material throughout, from the reception desk to the waiting area furniture and wall accents, giving it a warm, natural feel of a spaciousness of the clinic. Oracare Dental clinic also makes efficient use of existing elements to keep costs economical.

A natural light and large windows allow sunlight to flood the entire space, reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day and creating a more inviting environment for patients. In complimenting the natural light, the clinic incorporates light boxes that provide soft, diffused lighting in areas where additional illumination is needed. These light boxes are designed to blend seamlessly with the minimalist aesthetic, featuring simple, clean lines.

As a Wireman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Read and interpret electrical drawings
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems

Requirements:

Salihin Tower (Chartered Accountants)

Walking through the public walkway on the right side upon entrance, there is a Grand Director’s Office located next to the lobby area, in which from the office, the view of KLCC is served.
There are two conferences room, in which both of them differ in size. One of them is located between Grand Director’s Room and other conference room, meanwhile the other one is placed at the right end of the floor, where the KL view serves the most.
Conference room at the right end of the floor is able to cater up to 20 people while the other one in between, serves more towards a group meeting. Even the layout objectifies the purpose, with different shape of desks to maximize the meeting efficiency.
At the opposite end, a different setting caters to a different service. While the other part tenses up the brain, the other opposite promotes content. With a bar table across the space, the pantry area does not only provide nutritional support, but also embrace the socializing culture among the employees.

Salihin Tower (Chartered Accountants)
Location: Felda Tower, Kuala Lumpur
Project Type: Office
Status: Design Development Phase
Seems colour play is a major component for corporate identity, Salihin Tower decided to maintain its concept with default colour of red and gold, alongside the spark of additional materials namely fluted panel and glass block.
Upon entrance, the visitors will face directly towards a panel that displays the company logo, with glass blocks and fluted panel enrich the background design, while acts as divider between lobby area and reception area.
At the left side of entryway, there are discussion pods build in the office area, which functions to provide privacy and efficiency for the employees to proceed to their business matters.
Not least of all, Open Plan Hotdesk area, which is an alternative to standard cubicle workspace can be found on the left side upon entrance, where the employees are free to work around their preferred ambience.

Jerry's Residence, Semenyih
Location: Semenyih, Selangor
Project Type: Residential
Status: Completed
Starting from a humble family house, it escalates to be a Japanese concept home with an incorporation of Scandinavian design while optimizing the security for toddler and ensuring a safe family home.
Walking into the entrance, wood furniture serves the look with benches, dining and entertainment unit are all made of wood materials, with a complementation of green plants in regard to the Japandi concept.
By maintaining the concept to the end of the house, it creates a continuity to the kitchen area with a portion of wood as the highlight, and white pigment as the complementary colour, creating a heart-warming ambience for family time.
In regards to the master bedroom area, two different spaces are distinguished by a wall that encircles the vanity area, making it a dedicated space for home functional feature.

Rumah Transit Sahabat (RTS)
Location: Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur
Project Type: Community Project
Status: Contract Implementation Phase
Prior to maintain the corporate identity, the owner of Rumah Transit Sahabat insists to adorn the space with minimalist concept, while keeping up with foliages to please the eyesight.
The dormitories are served to cater to the homeless people, especially women and kids, with each beds come with lockers in set to store the belongings inside.
What's more, each beds are marked with custom signages that is helpful to navigate the occupants of their place, with bar area that is useful for a pit-stop or a quick jot down.

Rumah Transit Sahabat (RTS)
Location: Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur

Status: Contract Implementation Phase
Considering a limited space with 30 occupants approximately, Rumah Transit Sahabat features a minimalist design that is best to cater to a big number of people while maximizing ease of movement.
While the building serves to house many people, privacy still matters the most with rooms that each caters specific functions, such as offices, doctor's room, dormitories, library and meeting rooms.
Soft colours are used to illuminate a wider space, while serving the roles in psychology, which brings about tranquility and promotes mental clarity with greeneries complement the purpose of the area.

Dentalika Dental Clinic
Location: Kajang, Selangor
Project Type: Commercial Dental Care
Status: Completed
With gold border and fluted panel being the main character of the reception area, this combination elevates the contemporary interior and engulf its visitors to an exclusive atmosphere.
Stepping into a wide lounge area, not only the entertainments are provided to serve the time, but also the greeneries are brought in to serve the eyes.
By maintaining marble texture as the main wall’s backdrop in the dental surgery room, it complements the application of soft colour that brings about the tranquility and soothes the nerve-wrecking.

Dentalika Dental Clinic
Location: Kajang, Selangor
Project Type: Commercial Dental Care
Status: Completed
By incorporating marble and gold colour, Dentalica features a mixture of grandeur and minimalist design, with a touch of greenery scene to liven up the space.
The presence of warm light around the ceiling perimeter improves the mood of the entire space, with lighting colour complements the presence of gold materials.
Marble textured backdrop is used to highlight the main wall, where the corporate logo lies, which functions to uphold a strong impression of the brand identity.
With modern scheme conquers the scene, a little bit of green touch is being brought in to enliven the space, yet to engulf the premise with the utmost coziness.
