COMMON GROUND
Some homes don't need to impress.
They simply make you want to stay a little longer.
This 1,300 sqft condominium in Pantai Hillpark is a home with more than twenty years of history. When we first met the homeowners, we didn't begin by discussing interior styles or finishes. Instead, we asked a different question:
"How do you want to live?"
They wanted a home where family and friends could gather comfortably.
A place to unwind after a long day.
A space that feels calm, organized and effortless.
Most importantly, they wanted a home that would still feel timeless years from now.
That became the starting point of COMMON GROUND.
We reconfigured the layout by reducing the balcony to create a larger dining area. Because we believe a long dining table, where conversations naturally happen, is far more valuable than a balcony that is rarely used. Rather than filling every wall with cabinetry, we designed storage to work quietly in the background. Natural timber, soft lighting, clean architectural lines and thoughtful proportions create a home that feels warm without trying too hard. Every detail wasn't designed for photographs. It was designed for everyday life.
At Boldndot, we believe the best interiors aren't the ones that demand attention. They're the ones that continue to feel right, year after year.
That's what COMMON GROUND is about. A shared place where everyday moments become lasting memories.
