More storage beside the dining table, less stuff on it. 🤎

This dining cabinet has space for cups, plates and everyday items, with shelves, drawers and lift-up compartments to keep things organised.

Cream doors, warm wood tones and a rounded countertop edge keep the look simple. The lighting adds a warm touch, too.

Wardrobe combined with dressing table—all in one built-in design.

It saves space and keeps the walking area clear.

Instead of using two separate pieces, both are joined as one. The bedroom looks neat and feels more spacious.

✓ Full-height built-in wardrobe
✓ Dressing table with mirror
✓ Drawers for makeup and small items
✓ Open shelves for daily items
✓ Clear walking space
✓ Clean and matching design

This wardrobe and dressing table design is suitable for condo owners in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor who need more storage in a small bedroom.

Save this idea for your condo renovation.

Which layout do you prefer—1, 2, 3 or 4?

Looking for bedroom design ideas?

We planned the full-height built-in wardrobe, open shelves, bedhead lighting and floating dressing table as one complete design.

Each feature has a clear purpose—more storage, easier access and a comfortable space for your daily routine. The result is a clean and practical master bedroom without filling every wall with cabinets.

Which feature would you include in your bedroom?

NOT SURE IF YOU NEED A PLASTER CEILING? CHECK THIS FIRST. 👀

Plaster ceiling can make a home look cleaner and more complete — but that doesn’t mean every area needs to be fully covered.

It works especially well when you need to conceal wiring, air-cond piping or other services, or when you want recessed lights, indirect lighting and a more seamless finish.

But if your existing ceiling is already neat, there are other ways to keep the space looking polished too — such as track lights, a proper curtain pelmet, wall lights or selected ceiling features.

The key is to plan everything together:

Ceiling height • Lighting • Wiring • Piping • Management rules • Overall design

A good ceiling plan should solve practical issues and make the space feel better.

So which look do you prefer?

A — Original ceiling
B — Plaster ceiling

And if you skip the full plaster ceiling, what would you add instead to make the space feel complete? 👇

Just got your house keys? Before renovation starts, check the unit properly first. 🔍

Small defects such as wall cracks, hollow tiles, water stains and window seal problems are easier to identify before carpentry, painting and other renovation work begin.

For our Design & Build projects, we check and record defects before renovation starts, so the condition of the unit is clearer before we move on to space planning and renovation.

A smoother renovation starts with the right preparation:
01 — Check defects
02 — Check management renovation rules
03 — Plan the layout with your interior designer
04 — Plan lighting, switches & power points
05 — Confirm materials and finishes

Getting your keys is exciting — but good planning should come before construction.

Save this checklist if you’re preparing to renovate your new home.

One spare room. More than one purpose. 👀

Instead of leaving it underused, this room combines a built-in workspace, full-height shelving and a window-side reading nook—all planned around how the homeowner actually lives.

In a Malaysian condo, good design isn’t about adding more. It’s about making every corner work harder.

Would you use this as a workroom or extra bedroom?

3 PALETTES MAKING HOMES FEEL WARMER 🤎

If you’re planning your renovation, start with a colour combination that’s easy to live with — not just nice in photos.

01 Cream + Walnut + Olive
02 Sand + Oak + Terracotta
03 Warm White + Dark Wood + Stone

Warm, natural and easy to match.

Which would you choose for your home — 01, 02 or 03? 👀
Save this for your renovation moodboard.

These 5 interior choices are less likely to look outdated.

Warm wood adds character, while greige tones create a calm base that is easy to match. Reeded glass adds texture and privacy without blocking too much light. Quartz or porcelain surfaces are practical for everyday use, and indirect lighting makes the space feel softer at night.

You don’t need all five in one home. Choose what suits your lifestyle and keep the colours and materials consistent.

Timeless design is not about avoiding trends. It is about choosing finishes you won’t get tired of after a few years.

Which one would you choose for your home?

A small bedroom doesn’t need more furniture—it needs smarter planning.

In this room, every built-in feature earns its place. The full-height wardrobe maximises storage, while the illuminated display niche prevents the cabinetry from feeling too heavy. Rounded edges soften the overall look and make movement around the compact space safer.

What makes custom carpentry feel premium isn’t only the colour or material. It’s the clean alignment, balanced proportions, thoughtful lighting, and how naturally everything fits into the room.

When space is limited, good design should make the room work harder without making it feel crowded.

Which detail stands out most to you—the storage, lighting, or rounded edges? 👇🏻
