We have a long history in the cookware industry dating back to the 1950’s in Taiwan. It wasn’t easy in the beginning, as not a lot of people knew about stainless steel cookware, and we were affected by events such as the Second Taiwan Strait C
risis as well as the 921 earthquake. But as our name suggests, Buffalo is a tough company. Through hard work and the support of our partners, clients and employees, we managed to make a name for ourselves, and eventually moved our factory to Malaysia in 1990 to widen our scope of operations. Today, Buffalo operates throughout Southeast Asia and all the way to the United States. We set high standards for ourselves, and we know customers expect nothing less. Under the Ni Hsin Group, we manufacture our own cookware using Buffalo Clad and Smart Forming Technology through state-of-the-art, fully and semi-automated equipment to fulfil and exceed the needs of our target markets. Due to growing competition and new challenges, we must constantly innovate to be at the forefront of this industry. As a family-led business with Chinese roots, it is important that Buffalo strives to preserve Chinese traditions and culture in this fast-changing world, and we hope to do that through our products while giving back to society.
