Conceptual of Ar-Rahman Mosque in Pulau Gajah, Kelantan. 🕌🙌

If you have ever set foot in Pengkalan Chepa, do not miss the opportunity to stop for a while at the Ar-Rahman Mosque, Kampung Pulau Gajah, Pengkalan Chepa, Kelantan.

Majestic and full of fine architecture is based on Islam and Malay, the mosque also apply decorative composite construction from four foreign countries such as Indonesia, Morocco, Yemen and Turkey.

Interestingly, the mosque, which is located about seven kilometers from the Sultan Ismail Petra Airport, was built at the expense of a Muslim donor with a fund of RM 6 million who endowed his land purchased 25 years ago.

The Galleri of Ar-Rahman Mosque Pulau Gajah, Kelantan 🕌

Task Brief: By using the information from the precedent study, site and building analysis, and conceptual design previously, students are required to establish a gallery design on the selected site. The design should response to clients contexts requirements, site context, human context, and laws. Solution regarding of all technical issues such as on building services, lighting design and sustainable design are encouraged.
