Simple, timeless and thoughtfully detailed
Master ensuite extended to allow a more spacious usage, featuring a concealed pocket sliding door fitted with mirror. Inside, wall dressing mirror cabinet storage paired with quartz stone vanity top makes daily use and maintenance effortless.

Bold Design, Thoughtful Function
Step into a powder room that pops with an emerald green fish scale backsplash - a wall guests cannot miss.
Paired with a barn sliding door adds charm while saving space.

Next door, the kiwi green laundry room brightens up the chores, where smart storage is built around real life, making it both practical and eye-catching.

Wet Kitchen with Character & Craft.
This Wet Kitchen was designed to balance functionality and aesthetics.
The bold solid Moss green cabinets stand out with confidence, paired with Aomori Beech wood grain that adds a touch of natural warmth.

Above, a large tempered glass skyroof welcomes natural light - keeping the space bright, airy and comfortable for daily use. The black Kandia Marble compact panel backsplash becomes the statement piece, bringing depth and character to the heart of the kitchen.

Smart storage systems are carefully integrated for convenience, making cooking and organizing effortless. A fold & slide glass door extends the kitchen to the backyard, allowing both connection and openness.

Craftsmanship is the essence here - every detail designed not just to serve, but to inspire.

Modern Elegance, Everyday Ease
A recent residential makeover with this dry kitchen designed with both style and function in mind.

Soft beige tones paired with maple wood grain bring a warm and clean look, while the full black mirror backsplash adds depth and makes cleaning effortless with its jointless finish.

The cabinets are kept neat with simple, integrated lines - giving the space a modern and uncluttered feel. A 3-way synchronised sliding door with fluted glass and slim aluminium profile connects the dry and wet kitchen. It opens wide when a spacious flow is needed, and closes easily to keep cooking smells contained.

Multiple storage, a balance of practicality and aesthetics - crafted to make everyday living not only convenient, but also timelessly beautiful.

Seams unseen, lines serene
Behind each line so straight and true, are hidden doors and careful glue.
Where edges meet and seams don’t show, the quiet art begins to glow.
A craft of less, yet never small - precision is the heart of all.
A masterpiece of Carpenter Dennis Sim
