Moving into the private spaces, each room is thoughtfully designed to balance comfort, function, and individuality.

The master bedroom is conceived as a private suite, inspired by the comfort of a high-end hotel. Soft neutral tones, warm materials, and layered lighting create a calm and indulgent atmosphere, while fully integrated wardrobes enhance both luxury and everyday functionality.

The kid’s room introduces a more playful and imaginative expression. A feature wall brings character into the space, complemented by practical built-ins that keep the room clean, organised, and adaptable as the child grows.

The guest room is kept minimal and welcoming, designed with a soft palette and clean lines to create a comfortable, hotel-like experience for visitors, simple, refined, and quietly elegant.

Completing the private zone, the study room adopts a more focused and minimal approach. Warm wood finishes, a continuous workspace, and integrated storage create a calm environment that supports productivity without distraction.

Each space carries its own identity, yet remains seamlessly connected through a cohesive palette and finely considered details, creating a home that feels refined, balanced, and effortless to live in.

We had the pleasure of designing & building this home for a lovely family, creating a space that feels calm, open, and easy to live in.

The living area is kept clean and comfortable, with soft tones, full-height built-ins, and natural light enhancing the sense of openness. Every detail is carefully considered to keep the space neat, balanced, and clutter-free.

A subtle partition gently connects the living and kitchen areas, giving each space its own definition while maintaining an open and seamless flow.

The kitchen is designed for everyday living with full-height storage, a clean layout, and a central island that brings the family together, from cooking to casual meals and daily moments.

This Eco Beldon residence in Batu Kawan was transformed by Artrend team into a refined Modern Contemporary home with subtle Tropical warmth.

From the living area to the kitchen and private spaces, every zone was carefully rebuilt and detailed. The living room is anchored by deep wood tones, full-height curtains, and layered lighting that create a calm, grounded atmosphere. Clean architectural lines frame the space, while warm textures soften the overall composition.

The dining and kitchen flow seamlessly into one another. The island stands as a sculptural focal point, with rounded edges that improve movement and comfort. Stone surfaces introduce contrast and depth against the timber cabinetry, balancing modern structure with natural warmth.

Under the staircase, custom-built cabinetry transforms the transitional zone into an integrated storage and display feature. The vertical wood panels and concealed lighting create visual continuity, ensuring no corner feels overlooked.

The prayer niche is designed with gentle curves and indirect lighting, forming a quiet focal point that remains fully aligned with the overall architectural language.

Throughout the bedrooms and wardrobe areas, built-in cabinetry maintains consistent material tone and proportion. Rounded edges, aligned joints, and smooth transitions reflect the level of care invested in ex*****on.

For this residence, Artrend Design & Build curated a living experience that unfolds with subtle luxury, thoughtful balance, and an intimate sense of place.

Every space tells its own story, yet all share a common language of refinement.

👦 The son’s room interprets Wabi-Sabi through a modern lens, textured surfaces, grounded hues, and a natural softness that celebrates the beauty of the imperfect. Calm, honest, and effortlessly stylish.

🤍 The secondary bedroom embraces Modern Minimalism, where quiet tones of white and grey shape a serene atmosphere. Here, clarity becomes comfort, and simplicity becomes a quiet form of luxury.

🏡 The living area and master bedroom speak in a Modern Contemporary voice, bright, fluid, and inviting by day, then warmly layered and intimate as evening settles in. Spaces crafted for gathering, unwinding, and living beautifully.

Though different in character, the rooms are harmonised through curated materials, gentle transitions, and a consistent design rhythm. The home breathes with coherence, a seamless blend of Wabi-Sabi authenticity, minimalist purity, and contemporary elegance.
