Site Inspection Day

Today’s site visit focused on inspecting and double-checking the dimensions for the RC staircase.

For staircase works, accuracy is very important — from the staircase width, landing level, step alignment, headroom clearance, to the connection between the upper and lower floor levels. Every detail has to be checked properly on site before proceeding further, to make sure the final structure is safe, practical, and follows the design intent.

Renovation is not only about making things look nice. Behind every finished space, there are many rounds of site checking, coordination, adjustment, and problem-solving.

Step by step, we make sure the work is done properly.

今天到工地进行现场巡查，重点是检查和复核 RC 楼梯的尺寸。

楼梯工程看似简单，但其实每一个细节都很重要。从楼梯宽度、平台高度、踏步比例、上下楼层衔接，到整体空间动线和头顶高度，都必须在现场再次确认，确保后续施工可以安全、准确地进行。

装修不只是把空间做美而已，背后还有很多现场检查、尺寸复核、工种协调和细节调整。

🌙 Night Shift Mode

Some people prefer the daylight.

I prefer the quiet hours.

When the phone stops ringing,
the WhatsApp notifications slow down,
and the world finally settles down…

that’s when ideas flow the best.

No interruptions.
No unnecessary meetings.
No distractions.

Just drawings, plans, calculations,
and the satisfaction of seeing a project slowly come to life.

Being an entrepreneur means the working hours are never fixed.

But honestly,
these silent nights have built more dreams than most people realize.

Another night.
Another drawing.
Another step forward.










🌙 夜深了，工作才刚刚开始。

很多人觉得晚上工作很辛苦，

但对我来说，
夜晚反而是一天之中最专注的时候。

没有电话不停响，
没有讯息一直跳出来，
没有人突然打断思路。

只有电脑荧幕、图纸、灯光，
还有一个个等待实现的项目。

白天属于客户、会议、工地和各种突发事件；

夜晚，
才是真正属于设计师和创业者的时间。

有时候做到很晚，

不是因为忙不过来，

而是因为终于拥有一段不被打扰的时间，
能够静下心来，把事情做好。

每一张图纸，
每一次修改，
每一个决定，

都在一步一步把想法变成现实。

夜深人静的时候，
梦想其实也正在悄悄施工中。

今天有点小感触。

去了一间以前很常去的机械维修店。以前我们很多机械都是跟他们买、跟他们修。后来旧店没做了，时间久了，也慢慢没再遇到。

今天不知道为什么，突然想到他们，就回来附近转转看看。连老公也是抱着“试试看是不是他们”的心态，抱着机械走进去。

平时他都是放下机械就走的人。

结果……还真的是他们😂

然后一聊就停不下来，越聊越多。

原来不是没做，而是停了一年，花时间准备自己的新店。以前是妈妈开的店，现在变成小两口自己出来闯。

看到他们，其实很有感觉。

老婆负责sales，老公负责修理。老公属于那种很认真、很肯研究、很肯帮忙试的人。很多时候外面听到的是：

“丢掉啦，买新的比较值得。”

但他不是。

他会先想：“还能不能救？还有没有办法？”

做生意这么些年，其实越来越觉得，技术可以学，产品可以一样，但“做人”和“做事的态度”，真的差很多。

当然，他们刚开店，也一样面对很多声音。Supplier看不起、顾客怀疑、被比较、被压价……

听着听着一直笑，因为：

所以今天除了支持，也顺便给了一些小建议。

创业的人都知道，最难的从来不是累，而是没人相信你的时候，还要继续撑。

所以如果能力范围内，遇到认真做事的人，我还是会想支持一下。

因为有时候支持的不只是生意，而是支持一个还在努力坚持的人。

Sunday. Still at work.

From 1:30PM until almost 6:00PM.
Meetings, discussions, material selections, revising, brainstorming… and repeating the process all over again.

Tired? Very.
Mentally drained? A little.
But fulfilled? Definitely.

Because design is never just about beautiful renderings and finished spaces.
Behind every project are hours of conversations, problem-solving, decision making, and countless small details.

Sometimes the most satisfying part isn’t the final result.
It’s knowing that today, we moved one step closer to creating something better.

Work in progress. Always.

Sunday. Work mode: ON.

从下午 1:30 一直开会到接近 6:00。
讨论、研究、对材料、改方案、再讨论。

很累。
脑袋满满。
声音也快没了。😂

但这种累，是很踏实的累。

因为设计从来不是一张漂亮效果图那么简单。
每一个决定、每一种材质、每一个细节，都是一群人花时间慢慢磨出来的。

有时候最充实的，不是完成了什么，
而是知道自己今天，又认真把事情做好了一点。

继续前进。一步一步。
