-- Kintsugi House --

A roof that breathes.

In this project, the original car porch roof was reimagined as a green roof that extends the pocket garden behind. Designed to soften the building edges, it helps improve air quality while reducing heat gain for passive cooling.

More than just a roof, it becomes an “elevated ground of nature” for the first-floor bedrooms, offering calming green views and a sense of openness within a dense residential neighbourhood.

Office Christmas Celebration 🎄📐

We took a break from the drawings and site meetings the most important part of our office—our people!

We kicked off our Christmas celebration with a wonderful festive lunch buffet at Sunway Sunset Terrace, followed by a cozy gift exchange back at the office, filled with thoughtful surprises and a lot of laughter. 🎁✨

While we spend our days designing spaces, it’s moments like these—shared over a meal and a "Secret Santa" gift—that truly define our culture. Grateful for the talented team that makes this office feels like a family.

-- Kintsugi House --

A home reborn in Seputeh, KL.

Kintsugi House is a meaningful transformation of an old 2-storey bungalow, completed in 2024 for a family of four looking to elevate their way of living. The design embraces both sustainability and sentimentality — promoting natural ventilation, daylight, and passive cooling, while upcycling materials from the original house into a new story.

This is a home that respects its past while shaping a more thoughtful way of living

-- Family Square --

The heart of the home — a garden living space that draws the outdoors in 🌿

In this space, simplicity takes centre stage through honest materials and quiet form. Limestone flooring grounds the space, while a soft edge of greenery and gravel gently dissolves the boundary between inside and out.

A double-height, board-formed concrete wall becomes a calm yet expressive backdrop. Floating timber steps rise lightly in front, letting sunlight spill through and trace patterns across the garden below.

Together, these elements form a quiet balance of texture, structure, and light — a space that feels both grounded and open.
